Headache Dizziness-The Dangers of Nausea

Just about everyone will have headache dizziness, or headache and nausea, at least once in their lives. In fact, most people get them more than once per week, and they are not as fun to have as one would hope. However, while headaches are a pain, getting both nausea and a headache can be a bad sign. Many times this means you are facing a migraine, and if it doesn’t seem to stop, you can be in big trouble.

Encephalitis, a brain abscess, and meningitis are the problems you want to look out for when this painful combination won’t go away. Occasionally it can be a warning, or symptom caused by bleeding near your brain, which is never a good thing. Becoming dehydrated is another risk involved, and you will want to take extra care to pay attention to any signs that may lead you to believe you are, or are becoming dehydrated.

Encephalitis

This serious issue is basically what it is called when your brain starts to swell and tends to be caused by an infection. Many times, it is caused by an infection due to a virus that has been transferred to you from a mosquito. This problem can caused death to someone who does not take the proper measures.

Other symptoms associated with the problem include confusion, fever, stiffness in the upper body, and drowsiness, as well as light sensitivity. Occasionally, seizures, comas, and tremors may occur as well. While the problems is scary, the treatment is not, considering it only entails a stay at the hospital while the antiviral medication takes effect.

Meningitis

Meningitis is caused by two varying factors. Whether it is bacterial or viral, it s caused by an infection in the tissue near the brain. Many times, if you have a sinus infection you run the risk of getting Meningitis. Sleepiness, headache dizziness, vision changes and seizures are some of the things that this condition can cause, and when it comes to the treatment, it will all depend on just how bad the problem is.

Brain Abscesses

A brain abscess is not something to take lightly. it is an infection that occurs in the brain and can be due to a head wound or simple an infection. If you have the chills, a fever, or weakness, you should be sure to see your doctor. If the condition is not too severe, you will only have to take some medication. However, surgery may be required.

If you have headache dizziness or any of the above mentioned symptoms, you should visit your doctor right away to avoid anything major from happening.
